🦋 Personality

1. Has your character always believed in magic? Do they have something influencing their perspective on the supernatural/metaphysical/spiritual from their past? How do they feel about magic?
   
   Initially Natasha would not be likely to be someone who believed in magic or anything outside the perceived reality. She was a trained operative since she was a child in which case even her own reality was sometimes faked. Believing in anything would be a stretch. However in the world of MCU, it progressively gets wider and larger. Natasha has met Asguardians and fought aliens from other planes of existence. While 'magic' does exist in the form of witches and the chaos magic that was presumably from the Mind Stone, Nat's also not really the kind of person to question the origins, and the reveal in the MCU universe about witches is after she has already died in canon.
   However Nat is someone that rolls with the punches, whatever those punches may be. When presented with new information, she will adjust and work toward what is the most important thing she needs. Her relationship with magic will likely depend on what she can do with it and what it can do for her.



2. If there's one person your character would follow to another realm, who would it be and why? If there's no one, state that and explain why.
   Natasha doesn't have blood family that she's aware of. One of the other widows she trained with and was on a mission with as a child became her little sister. She is the closest thing she does have to actual real family despite the mission disbanding and having to return to the Red Room for her training as still a child. She might have wanted to pretend that they weren't a real family, but after reuniting and then losing Yelena during the Snap, she would very likely do anything to get her sister back.
   Likewise the bonds she creates with some of the other Avengers, especially post-Civil War. She goes rogue with Steve Rogers and Sam Wilson for years with them. Likewise she knows Clint Barton very well, one of probably the only ones aside from Director Fury that knew that Clint was married with children. She sacrifices herself for him, so he can go back and get his wife and kids back.


3. If you'd like pixies to change one event in your character's life, what would it be and why?
   Thanos using the Infinity Stones to 'snap' away half the population. Despite the fact that we see Nat come into this leadership role since she's already a character that has lost so much and rebuilt herself first as a child going back to the Red Room but then again when she left it and joined SHIELD, but it's such an integral part and loss for so many she does care about. Without Thanos then there would be no reason for Clint and Natasha to go to Vormir and make the choice to sacrafice herself for one of the stones. That had to happen, but if none of it happened or if Thor was able to kill Thanos, then not only would Natasha not die, but for five years she had to watch Steve grieve, Clint lose himself, and Tony blame himself.
   
   Even if it does give Nat a decent closing to her story, there was still a lot more she could do.


4. Your character gets to return home, but when they do they learn that they've been gone for hundreds of years. How do they react?
   It would be a shock for her to go home at all. Nat made her choice on Vormir, knowing it was her death or Clint's. She made that call, because she truly believed it was a moment she could sacrifice herself, so everyone could come home. Part of her might doubt what losing her sacrifice might have meant, but then hundreds of years in the future probably means more things beyond her understanding has happened.
   It would be somewhat of a loss if those that aren't in game aren't with her when she returns back to Earth. Part of her play is that this is second chance, but all she knows is the time she has at hand. For the pixies to return her, alive, back home would be a strange world to live in-- especially without anyone she would know. She would adapt, because that is her best trait. No matter what, Natasha adapts to the situation she's given, the information at hand, and does whatever she does need to do. This would be no different even if it means she is alone again. That, too, is no strange feeling.
